Create a pencil sketch of the floor plan which is roughly to the scale of your final project. If you can, do a quick drawing of what you think the outside will look like. This really doesn't have to be fabulous. That's our job. Add notes to your drawings where you think it will help.

Complete our application form with as much information as you can. If we have questions, we will contact you for clarification.

Send us the information via our web site or using conventional mail.

Once we receive your information, we will clarify your project ideas using rough sketches if necessary to ensure that we understood your concept and then provide you with an estimate.

Projects start at just $199 for simple color comparisons and our typical fee for an average sized 3 bedroom suburban house with moderate architectural alterations is $350. More complex projects or projects that require us to consult with an architect for zoning regulations may incur a higher fee.

Except for larger projects we expect to receive payment in full prior to starting the rendering.

We will then create a rendering of the project and provide you with an electronic version for you to show off to your friends.

If you require color samples, we will create a number of different variations for you to compare.

Once you're happy with the completed architectural rendering we will send you a complimentary high quality color print. We also have options to print on artists canvas if you want the look of a real masterpiece to hang on the wall of your newly improved home.

Turnaround time in as little as 3 days. Larger projects and workload may affect this.
